The bin is triangular and fits in a corner folding shelf that sits behind a door. The 3 ring binders work for me. I have them grouped by "stuff that goes with the house", and then loosely by location. Computer stuff goes elsewhere - often the manuals are thick or there are cables, disks and so on.
